Simple and Transparent

The process begins with a financial plan, which ranges from $350 - $5,000, depending the time required and complexity of the plan.  For instance, there are situations when there is a need to bring in professional partners to assist in plan development.  This may involve business attorneys, tax accountants, estate attorneys, and real estate attorneys. 

Once the plan is in place, we hold ourselves to a fiduciary standard for our investment advisory clients.  In laymen terms, we are accountable to ensure the investment objective of each advisory account remains in-line with the risk level of that account.  Our fee ranges from 0.50% - 1.50% per year, depending on the size of the account and investment objective. In short, working as fiduciaries puts us on the same side of the table with our clients.

To maintain our preferred client service, we welcome client relationships with a minimum of $500,000 of investable assets. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

In the occasion when a client prefers to manage their investments themselves, but would like us to build and maintain their financial plan, the annual fee is $1000.00 - $5000.00 per year, depending the complexity of the plan and time required for plan maintenance.
